How to Return an Item

Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN): After verifying the reason for return and ensuring that your product is in its original condition, we’ll provide a unique RAN.
Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item along with any included accessories (e.g., packaging materials) into its original box or a sturdy package to prevent damage during transit. Attach the RAN label on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item Back: Send the returned package back to us at [shipping address] via your preferred shipping method. Please note that we don’t cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refund Process
Once we receive and process your returned package, we’ll issue a refund for the full amount of the product (including taxes) within 5-7 business days. Your account will be credited accordingly. If you used a promo code during checkout, the value of that code may not be included in your refund.

Products in Their Original Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags and accessories intact.
